very satisfied with this bipod,it allows you to use the sling mount, and cones with two adapters so you can quickly put your bipod on any rifke that has the adapter attached to it,I personal have four of these bipods, dedicated for each rifle,it swivels, but isn't to loose, great for zeroing in at range, and light enough to leave on all the time,I know of no other bipods that are as good as the vanguard,

This bipod is very flexible, in more ways than one. It has the spring, which allows you to not only pan or traverse the gun, but also tilt it to some degree, so you don't have to shift the bipod if your target moves off of the ideal line. You can tighten or loosen the spring to reduce the amount of tilt to you liking. Also, it comes with a mount to adapt to your sling swivel AND a picatinny rail mount. I have 2 of these bipods, and mounts on 2 ARs using the picatinny mount and 3 bolt guns using the sling swivel mounts. You can buy the mounts separate for what ever gun you need it on. I bought an extra sling swivel mount for my other bolt gun. I just install the bipod on whatever gun I'm using at the time. Sure is a lot cheaper than having 5 bipods!
Pros:
- Flexibility in firing posture
- Value!
Best Used for:
- Target/Varmint
- target/range accuracy

The pod is overall pretty stable, it has a little wobble but that's to be expected because of the spring, that allows you to tilt it a little to the side. The points in each leg that can be exposed if needed are great.I would recommend this (for the price) to anyone looking for a GREAT low priced bi-pod...

Shot a few hundred rounds on it. Works well. Much beefier than most of the competition.
Pros: Light, strong
Cons: Rubber pads spin on their own.
