Size is stated wrong in the description
This will not fit a 46mm mag ring, it is way Too small. Overall quality is OK. Not horrible but not great. I think it would work OK on some thing 43 to 44 mm.

NOPE not even close to advertized size but workable.
It's aluminum, and it's cheap so there is that.
I know how to measure, and the ring on my P.A. 4-14x44 MRAD is 43mm/1.1690 Should easily work right? ...NOPE... Even with the supplied foam tape it was too big to be secure when tightened, so I don't know how they came up with 42-48mm.
All is not lost though, two layers of thin sticky back felt proved just right to secure it and hold in place when fully tight.
