Own about 10 Vertx bags and wanted to love this one. Zipper gave out after 4 months of moderate use as a laptop bag and have reached out to Vertx twice and they haven't responded yet. I spent too much money on this company to be loyal if they can't stand behind their products. I don't mind selling all on Ebay and switching to a company that earns the cost of their products.

This thing is awesome, I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a good ccw bag. I haven’t left it home since I got it and can tell it’ll last me a really long time. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would for sure.

I’ve carried a Vertx shoulder bag to work for years and have loved the organization. It was getting a little beat up and I decided I wanted to go back to backpack. I have plenty, mainly GoRuck, but their simplicity by design wasn’t meeting the organization I wanted, nor do they have the quick access pocket Vertx is known for. The Urban Ghost has met all my needs. The update fabric is sleek and professional looking, while the organization is endless. I added an admin pouch to the main compartment loop field to add just a little bit more. My work bag has doubled as a get home bag for years, so now everything has its place from laptop, charger, earbuds, notepads and pens, to first aid, flashlight, multi-tool and more. And now I have the comfort and convenience of it all being on both shoulders versus one. The quick access pocket entry is a little small, but the weight of the other contents helps pull it open, which allows for solid purchase on whatever one might be accessing quickly.
