This is flawless, immediately on when removed from holster and off at return. I'm very comfortable and have full confidence. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Honestly really really pleased. I've converted many manual Lazer users by allowing them to test mine.

I am a big fan of the Smith & Wesson Shield 45, and the Performance Center Ported version dramatically improves the handling and accuracy of this weapon. S&W ships a version of this gun with a Crimson Trace laser, but not a Performance Center version. So the only option is the Viridian laser. I have a Viridian on my Glock and have never had any problems with it.

I like the option to have the magnet in the holster turn on the laser when the gun is drawn. However, the problem is with the holster design. The gun is VERY HARD to remove from the holster. If you pull it out at exactly the right angle, it comes out with modest effort. At any other angle, it is basically LOCKED in place. It is effectively useless. I didn't buy this product for the holster, so I'm not too upset, but I'd like to be able to use the holster and can't.

Additionally, the holster is really only usable as an outside the waistband holster.....if you could use it at all.

Fits perfectly. Sight stays aligned with prolonged use. Love the Viridian products. I have their lasers installed on
several of my guns and have never had any problems with them. They are easy to sight in and hold that alignment.
Green lasers are far more visible than red sight. I have both. You can't go wrong with Viridian.

The product I bought is for the new Ruger LCP II. It works great - it activates when you remove it from the included holster, turns off when you return it to the holster. If you don't like that feature, there is a button you can use to turn it on and off. I thought I would not like this at the range as I always turn off the laser between re-loads, but have found that it is no problem: just return the gun to the holster while you reload the magazine.

I have had problems with other lasers turning off due to recoil. No problem here. Also, green is worth the extra money as it is much easier to see, even in brighter light situations.

The green laser is so amazingly visible. It enables one to rapidly acquire the target even in bright sunlight. The auto on from the holster is great. It can be turned off if not desired. Comes with pocket holster which enables the auto on auto off technology. Installation is easy and only takes a few minutes. This is my second unit and I couldn't be more pleased. The perfect match for a mouse gun with minimal sights.

This is a well designed accessory. The Ruger LCPII is small & accurate, yet a bit difficult to shoot with my big hands. This green laser really enhances your ability for quick, accurate follow up shots. The auto on/off feature works flawlessly. Quick delivery by Optics Planet, as usual.

Fit and functionality as advertised. ECR is an excellent feature. Very pleased with unit. Price still seems to remain high versus red laser, but like the green's daylight visibility over the red.

Money well Spent! Absolutely the best add on for the LCPII, nice clean fit and laser is instant on when you pull it from the supplied holster. Green is defiantly better than red laser, very visible in bright sun.
Installation was easy, just a snap and two screws and sight it in. The supplied holster was identical to the one that come with the gun from Ruger although the light would not go off in the Ruger holster. The instant on means no buttons to hunt and press, you just cant beat that...

I purchased the laser for my Glock 27 .40 S&W, however it would not fit due to the front trigger guard being vertical, not round. The quality of the laser is very good, and the price is reasonable. Please note that this laser will only fit a Glock with a rounded front trigger guard.

It was easy to install. I have not fired with it yet, so I don't know if it will move around or have any other issues after firing. It's initial setting seems to indicate it is pretty close to dead on with where the barrel would direct the bullet. I did not put a yes in the recommendation box only because I'm not a professional and do not recommend firearm items to anyone.
