I bought the small because it's supposed to be one of the few carriers that fit an 8x10 plate. But, the carrier had about 2" of extra room on the top that let the plate flop around like bulletproof fish. Great fit ,has two pockets to use for the plates love that it comes with extra trauma pads you don’t have to adjust the vest much for it to fit easy to carry great coverage,it’s a total bang for your buck and can’t beat the price

I bought this for my hard plates and i put my plates in the carrier and they fit like a charm with a Velcro that’s adjustable to be tighter to hold the plates in place, stays in place and the plates dont protrude out the carrier which I’m happy about.

Fair vest for price

Alot of velcro on the vest too adjust the shoulders its velcro alot of molle tabs also fair vest for price if you put bam plates in vest the cummerbund won't close best used for paintball bs I would not advise using steel plates in the vest only kevlar

8 X 10 plates are loose and they flop around

8 X 10 plates are loose and they flop around. Up and down and side to side. Plus the pocket is too small for 10 X 12 plates. This maufacturer needs to adjust the pocket size of this XS vest. So that it securely holds 8 X 10 plates in place. Orherwise this vest can't be used as a plate carrier.

Great plate carrier

Got this in a small so it's not too bulky. Perfect fit. Added a few mag pouches and aidbag. Great quality and has lots of molle attachments to add your gear. Has points to make adjustments for a nice fit.
