T-Nuts aren't milled to work with the M-Lok system
As others have said, the T-Nuts will have to be ground down in order To work with the M-Lok system. The safer option is to buy replacement T-Nuts from somewhere else, but at that point you should buy the *mount* from somewhere else.
Cheap but cheap.
I got this just to put a decorative plate on my gun, worked well. Than I was using it for a Ryker grip but with very little abuse both t-nuts holding the rail to my gun snapped off. T-nuts are weak casted oversized garbage that will break if you use this rail for anything other than a decorative piece for your gun.
Pros:
- Cheap
- metal
Cons:
- Cheap
- Weak attach method
- Poor quality and design
Best Used for:
- Decoration

not millspec, m lok nuts all broke into pieces
dont buy these if you try to install these the m-lok tees break with little or no tightening, I had some m-lok screws and tees but they would not work with these rails because the screw holed and recesses were smaller than standard, I consider these junk
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- crapp
Best Used for:
- scrap

VISM needs to change a lot about these
do not waste your money no matter how cheap they are. first off, the t nuts are way too big to even fit in 99% of my PSA AR15 milok rail for some reason and I have a 15" handguard. I got 3 and wish I had just gotten magpul. I decided to buy replacement magpul t nuts which are smaller and always fit snug on my rail, and the nuts are too big to even fit through the hole in the rails, rendering them basically trash. I will just throw em in the random gun parts box I have for now and will be purchasing several size Magpul or another company, but definitely not VISM
Pros:

Cons:
- everything

Not quite right
This product is satisfactory, however it takes a little modification with a file to ensure that the rail can be put into service. It is just a touch too WIDE. Most but not all of the gear I wanted to use would not slide onto the rail once it was locked in the forearm.
Pros:
- M rail attachments worked
Cons:
- Touch too wide
Best Used for:
- Lightweight attachments

Vism m lock
The rail itself is ok but the T nut are 1.5 mm ( Description from O,P dose not mention this ) I called the supplier and asked them about the proper T nut for other rails and was told "we do not offer anything else) so I had to grind down the T nuts to Fit.
Pros:
- None
Cons:
- T-nut will not fit in less you modify the T-nuts or mod the handgard.

M-LOK Rail
ON The VVMML3.The Tee nuts are for a fatter slot rail, and will not work on a 1/4 rail without filing down the rounded part of the nuts so that when you turn the nut it will pull into the hand guard. You would think the nuts would be the proper size!!!

Broke without even getting to use it!
Mounted it on the rifle, then mounted a bipod to it. Looked nice and felt strong. Then pushed on the side of the rifle with the bipod out the mount snapped. The thin little wings that clamp to the front handgaurd. This is my first experience with m-lok. I hope theres something stronger out there. Cant recommend.
Pros:
- installs easily
Cons:
- Broke
- broke before use

Just what I needed!
I was in need of a piece of rail for mounting my weapon light. I wanted a metal piece and not plastic or polymer. This piece fit the bill and didn’t cost a fortune for a single piece of rail. It was cheaper than a lot of polymer ones I found. Very happy with this purchase.
