I ordered two of these a few months back. When they arrived, I noticed a flaw that would drive me crazy if I kept them, mainly because it impacts opening the main pouch and the front pouch. One of the items had two zipper pulls on the top pouch and one pull on the front pouch. The other item had 1 zipper pull on the top pouch and two pulls on the front pouch. So neither item is correct (as least when comparing to the pics in the listing), as both items should have two zipper pulls on each pouch...or at least be consistent. The inconsistency of the zipper pulls makes opening each pouch a process of frustration, as you'd have to devote your entire attention to "is this the pouch with one zipper pull or two?" Okay not a big deal: I returned the items to OP and asked for an exchange. After a few days, I was notified this item was on back-order. Okay, I get it: lotsa supply chain issues in the world right now - I can wait.
The new items arrived yesterday and ... wait for it ... they have the exactly the same flaws as the previous ones OP sent me. Lousy quality control at VISM, no doubt. So should I exchange them again? My wife suggested I order two more and then keep the matching pair, whichever one it may be, and return the others. However, so far NONE of the items I have received are even correct.
I'm going to return the items, as they are defective, and move on to a different brand and different retailer. Less frustration, less waiting around and (hopefully) bette...
