Works as advertised
The materials and workmanship on this TQ pouch appear top notch and the molle attachment seems secure. It fits the CAT gen7 tourniquet perfectly with or without shears. The strap that secures the tourniquet is only held on with a smallish piece of Velcro and the windlass clip is exposed although neither of those features have been an issue so far. It seems worth the price compared to other TQ pouches that I’ve seen and used.
Seems to be more secure.
Unlike a lot of the tourniquet pouches I found. This one is enclosed on the sides. No fear of tourniquet falling out or elastic straps stretching out with age.

turninquets pouch
I'm not sure if this includes the turninquets with the pouches but this will be the second company I'm ordering from now and the first one from Milspecgifts was a complete scam! The picture they posted to advertise was nothing even close to what they sent me! I never even got a turninquet! I have no clue what they sent me but they claim they are a company from England put I got a really shady package from them that came from China and another that came from Indonesia! Weird right! I didn't even want to open it! They got me for almost $80 so be careful! I pray I have better luck with optics planet. They've been great to me in the past always! I'm just hoping it does actually show up with 2 turninquets. They're so cheap most police departments and hospitals give them away.

TACTICAL SENSE
ITEM IS WELL DONE, DURABLE, AND PRACTICAL. THE ITEM IS NOT TO BULKY OR FLIMSY. EASY TO GET TO WITH OUT DIFFICULTY DURING A STRESSFUL SITUATION. DURING TACTICAL TRAINING ITEM HELD UP GREAT WITH OUT LOOSING TOURNIQUETS. POUCHES WERE WORN IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS AND CONFIGURATIONS BY STUDENTS. THIS WILL DEPEND ON WHAT WORKS FOR YOU OR YOUR TACTICAL EQUIPMENT SET UP. SOME DID GET A LITTLE DUSTIER THAN OTHERS, AGAIN THAT DEPENDS ON THE LOCATION YOU WEAR IT. OF COURSE IF THE TOURNIQUET IS NEEDED, THE DUST IS THE LEAST OF YOUR PROBLEMS.

Love the option to hold shears!
I was looking for a cheap tourniquet/shears pouch, and this fit the bill perfectly. The quality is good, and the price is reasonable (read cheap). It fits a standard CAT tourniquet (or anything similarly sized) as well as standard sized shears. The molle strap on the back offer easy installation on packs, and the mod strap is included. Overall, the quality is good, so if you need it, it's a good by.
