If you need a little more magnification and the very expensive scopes on the market are just not an option this may just be the scope for you.

Everything i was hoping for in a new optic. Put this on my new Weatherby vangard compact hunter in 22-250. Brings me right out to 300 yards with a crystal clear image and more then likely beyond. The turrets are setup for ease of use and make a distinct click when adjusting windage or elevation. The build quality is superb and the lifetime guarantee makes this scope priceless.

I have a few of these scopes. I wanted something with a 50 or bigger with a higher zoom. But didn't want with all the nobs. Both of my other ones have been holding true for the last few years and one stays in my hunting truck getting beat around

I have this scope on 2 other guns and holds zero. I keep one of the guns i have it on in my hunting truck going down bumpy lease road and still hold it zero.

I've recently ordered 3 high end scopes and 2 lower priced scopes and only 1 is sharp and has excellent contrast in less than perfect light conditions. This isn't that one, neither are the higher end optics. I'm thinking a few years ago this scope would be in the 129.00 range but with the nonexistent inflation that somehow doubled the price of everything, we are not getting what we pay for. I did consider it was my old eyes that were the problem, but the older scopes in my possession are tack sharp edge to edge and in low light or overcast skies contrast does not suffer at all, so there goes that theory. Another complaint is the busy crosshair that seem to dominate the marketplace. All I need is a thin set of crosshairs and I'll do the rest. This optic has some hash marks, dots or whatever they are called, and the lines are not overly thick. If it is possible to look through the scope before purchasing, a friend, brick and mortar store before hitting the buy button is your best bet.

I purchased this Vortex scope to go on an AR based 6.5 Grendel I had just built. It works great and the eye reliefe I needed was there. I have several Vortex scopes and they all have excellent eye relief and repeatable zero. I would buy another of these with no hesitation.

I have not mounted or used the scope yet will rate it later. Do not see any reason why the scope is not worth the money.
