Every optic I own has some sort of protection for the leading lens. The kill flash is perfect because it not only reduces the reflection of your optic, but it also provides protection for the leading lens of the strike fire

The KillFlash ARD for the StrikeFire II works well. The front cover may be a bit harder to close after installation for some but, I didn't have any issues with it.
It may have darkened the sight a little but I haven't had a chance to get out and test it to compare how it is with it installed versus not having it installed.
Pros:
- light weight
- Easy installation and removal
- no modifications required for install

Fits the Strikefire perfectly, allows the use of the flip-up cap after installation of the ARD. Darkens the field a little, but does not interfere with use of the red dot. Should eliminate all but othogonal "glass-flash", and likely most of that.

This is a good AF on to the vortex strikefire2. Only draw back is that does make it a lil harder to pick up targets in low light situations but would definitely recommend this product if you want to reduce flash from the sight

Great little product at a reasonable price and great quality. The only issue is with the ARD installed on your scope the front flip cover doesn't have the empty space to "click in". Other than that one fantastic product.
