Most Helpful Positive Review Excellent Scope
All the crying reviews about how bright the crosshairs are in broad daylight. Guess what, you only need an illuminated reticle in low light conditions. This scope is clear and the etched reticle works just fine for shooting into the sun. Excellent value for the money.

Buy once cry once, I should have stuck with my gut this optic sucks compared to the other options. If it was brighter my review would be completely different. excellent clear scope

I love this scope. It is perfect for ar-15/ak 47. Has an illuminated red center dot for night shooting, target acquisition. The glass is really clear and shooting with both eyes open is possible on 1x. Again its glass is really bright. All the controls work well click and variable scope ring turns easily. Phenomenal scope and the discounted price is just icing on the cake.

Great Scope, Solid Optics, NOT FDE Color!!

I bought this with what I thought was a matching FDE (Flat Dark Earth) colored base: Vortex OPMOD Sport Cantilever Riflescope Mount. Wrong! The base is more tan and the scope is much more green. I know, colors don't affect the functionality but for those that are looking for a specific look, this will NOT match other FDE components.
On the fence right now about returning it. I'm waiting to see what another scope coming in the next few days looks like in comparison.

Vortex Crossfire II 1-4 x24 OPMOD Rifle Scope

Scope is clear and bright. The weight is reasonable. I installed it with an American Defense two point quick disconnect picatinny mount on my Bear Creek Arsenal 300 Black out AR-15. The illuminated reticle is a huge plus. it is sharp and brightness is adjustable. Zeroing out to one hundred yards was very easy.

Awesome value

The scope is very clear and the build quality is very nice. The price was incredible considering this quality with a 30mm tube, lighted reticle, and a lifetime warranty. The only con is the eyebox is not very forgiving at 4x. I have this mounted on a Mini 14 paratrooper model, so the unforgiving eye box is not as important. I highly recommend this scope for low recoiling rifles, only because of the eye box.
