Great value optic — punches above its price point - Vortex OPMOD Crossfire II 1-4x24mm Rifle Scope,30mm Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

I've had the Vortex Crossfire II 1-4x24 mounted on my rifle for a while now, and it's been a great budget-friendly choice for close-to-mid range work. The low-end 1x setting is genuinely close to true 1x, so it works well for quick target acquisition, while 4x gives enough reach for shots out past 100-200 yards.

Glass clarity is impressive for the price point — clean and bright with minimal distortion, even toward the edges. The illuminated reticle is a nice touch and has enough brightness settings to work in varying light conditions without washing out at dawn/dusk.
