Been a vortex fan fan for years. - Vortex OPMOD Crossfire II 1-4x24mm Rifle Scope,30mm Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

Bought this scope for my Henry Big Boy 44 Mag. Had another one I put on my 450 BM AR I built (except in 1-6X). When I saw the sale I thought, “perfect 1-4x for 44 carbine, lit reticle dot if needed, long eye relief, no interference with cocking hammer with my thumb”, just the ticket. Also thought in FDE color it would go nice with the Brass frame on the rifle. Add FDE flip up scope covers and FDE rings. Had it out to the range yesterday and it really did the job. Scope reticle was perfect for stretching distance of the 44 mag hitting steel plates out to 200 yards and didn’t cover up the target view. Highly recommend this scope and any Vortex product. Had one problem 15 years ago on one of their scopes, was sent a brand new scope fast and no questions. Pretty good since I own about 12 Vortex products. Highly recommend their products.
