Most Helpful Negative Review probably works fine, but the finish is done very poorly
The mount itself is pretty heavy but works fine. It will hold your optic, but the look of this mount is absolutely horrid. Rock Solid

This is definitely a rock solid scope mount. It works perfectly with the Vortex OPMOD scope. This was used on my AR-15 that is chambered in 350 Legend. This by far the nicest quality set up I have ever owned and I can't wait for hunting season

watch out for the color abbreviations

Got this Mount and thought I was getting a black one. I got a gray one. That has a green metallic cast to it that doesn't match anything. Stands out like a sore thumb. Watch out for the abbreviations and the colors when you purchase. Trying to return this off. An email that I have to print out stuff is a pain the first time around here.

Thought about a black one but it came as gray. And I now notice that it did say gray in the ad. It's got a green metallic cast to it. that doesn't match anything that I've seen for dressing up your rifle. trying to return it, but this doesn't seem to be an easy process.

Vortex and Optics planet for the win.

Bought this on sale. Original was wrong color. No hassle free return. Replacement was even cheaper! I have these mounts on 3 rifles. I have seen a view reviews ding this product because it only has 1 lock lug. If you knock this thing off a rail you did it on purpose. My training rifle gets the daylights beat out of it. This mount hasn’t budged in 2 years and thousands of rounds. Great service. Great product. Opmod version was a great bargain. Thanks optics planet!
