With a vortex 1-6 x 24 mm 30mm tube the height should be 1.59” …… if you also attach Magpul flip up iron sights will you be able to see the iron sight

Since the question I received my scope and mount and learned through experience that adding the flip up iron sights will not work ….. but the good news is the scope and mount are awesome !!!!!! Thanks for taking the time to answer the question though.

Very easy to install - loosen the bottom 4 screws - move to where you want it on the picatinny rail and tighten to 50 with torque screwdriver. Worked perfect on my Ruger 6mm Creedmoor Gen II
