Cant say its any better than the cheaper diamondback 4-16 - Vortex Viper HS 4-16x44mm Rifle Scope, 30mm Tube, Second Focal Plane

I am a fan of Vortex for scopes, I have there strike eagle 1-8 which i love, and their fairly cheaper diamondback 4-16 on my 6.5 creedmore, The first one of these viper scopes I got I first used at 300 yd and I just could never seem to get good focus which I've never had on any other scope before, even at that distance, messed around with all the settings and had no luck so I returned it and got a new one which was annoying.

the new one is better but honestly I can't say it's any more clear or easier to see things than the $200ish cheaper diamondback 4-16 i have, not sure of this one is also slightly defective or not, But that just means the scope has poor quality control, or it's just nothing great.

I have it, it works, ill use it, but im not thrilled with it.
