Cheap pot metal
I would NOT trust this to mount anything to a tripod. Purchased for mounting to a radian carbon.
The tolerances arent tight enough to clamp this to the mounting head, and during shipping I can see where this was dinged up, this is not machined and anodized aluminum, its cast pot metal chinese garbage and its not worth the postage spent to send it to my house from IL.
Again, optics planet has sent me junk from china. Im done with this vendor. Buy direct from manufacturers.

Mount RPR to a tripod
This is typically Vortex quality fit and Finnish perfect used it to mount my RPR to a tripod have had no problems . Prefer to use picatinny rail mount this item help to provide a pretty steady platform very happy with purchase .
