GREAT COMBO WITH THE SCOPE IN 30MM SOLID CONSTRUCTION AND GREAT PRICING................I USE THEM ON ALL MY VORTEX SCOPES. THE HEIGHT FOR A 50MM BELL IS MEDIUM. I USE THE HIGH RINGS FOR ALL AR SCOPES AND THEY LOCK TIGHT AND HOLD ZERO WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ADJUSTMENT.

Great value

This is my second set of Vortex matched scope rings. Vortex says they are precisely matched and there is no need to lap. Since I already had the tools and materials, I lapped the rings anyway. I found this set to be very slightly offset (not necessarily a problem with the rings) but took very little lapping to get them perfectly aligned. The rings and scope have not budged after 120 rounds of 300PRC's.

High quality

Solid, very precise rings. There was a bit of glue from packaging stuck to it that you have to wipe off.
Pros:
  • Precision machined, strong, lightweight
Cons:
  • Glue stuck on it from packaging, there was a scratch

Height over bore

I put these on a .308 American Hunter. The scope has a 56mm lens and these rings got the height over bore to 3/16 or 1/4 inch. These are the lowest rings I could find for a 34mm tube. They’re really nice! Smooth threads and clean appearance. I like that they’re double bolted on each ring to the picatinny.

338 Ruger precision Rifle gen 4

Allowed my Razor GenIII to clear the rail on my RPR. I was able to place the lense cover on my objective lense perfectly. Allowed for good eye box and scope hieght to the barrel.
