OpticsPlanet shipped my Vortex Razor HD LHT 4.5-22x50 scope to me quickly, perfectly, and at a great price - but I had an issue with the scope when a local gun store with minimal experience had attempted to mount the scope and bent the eyepiece. I sent the scope to Vortex on August 3rd and received it back on August 11th. There were no shipping costs for returning the scope to Vortex, and I wasn't charged for the replacement scope. Vortex's warranty is truly amazing! This scope, its warranty, and Vortex's support team are genuinely invaluable. Cudoa to OpticsPlanet for selling products with such great support.
