Excellent at recoil control
This thing not only removes recoil completely, but it also holds your rifle down too! You can easily fire your rifle one handed (NOT RECOMMENDED) but it works that well. One drawback to this thing is the amount of concussion that you feel from it.

Part of a letter I wrote to Walker Defense Research
I’ve bought, through optical planet, your Nero 762 and have it on my 20” 308. Everyone just laughed and laughed and laughed at your Salvador Dolly looking muzzle brake, that is until they shot with it. Almost as quiet as a Witt Machine SME and keeps the rifle flat for a follow up shot…

Using the 7.62 brake on a 6.5 Grendel
I used to be so annoyed with the barrel kick of my 6.5 Grendel rifles. No muzzle brake had helped before this, and I tried plenty of them. Firing would kick the rifle off the table at times. Up, down, left, right it was a challenge getting that follow-up shot on target. Then I tried using this 5/8x24 thread 7.62 NERO muzzle brake on both a 28" bull barrel and a much much lighter 20" fluted Grendel. I have to say, there is now NO movement left to right or up and down when firing either one. It is amazing how well this product works. Thing is, if my shot is off now, I only have myself to blame! LOL!

Absolutely the best muzzle rise killer
Makes mag dumps on a custom 308 a blast! While being accurate and staying on Target! A little pricey to the eye but you get a ton for the money. I dont have any complaints opticsplanet gave me the best deal with a coupon code. The complaint I hear from other people is the appearance but that’s not what I was looking for when building a long range Ar308
