Good idea, but not practical. The earbuds are difficult to keep compressed when installing in ear canal & don't get a complete seal. The instructions are useless & the controls are tiny. I didn't even think of using them at the range for fear a bud would pop out when firing. Also, it seems very over...

Good product
So far im pretty happy with this purchase. I took it to the indoor range to shoot rifles and had a shotgunner next to me. The sound dampening was pretty solid although at times a tiny bit loud for indoor but still a comfortable level and the tech worked as designed. I could hear every tiny movement or rustle and was amazed at how well that increase worked. The only complaint is the neck peice is slightly in the way and the cord return buttons press easy against your neck when shouldering a rifle.
Pros:
- Increased volume of low sounds, decreased volume of loud sounds.
Cons:
- Neck buttons push easily
Best Used for:
- Outdoor or pistol use but suitable for most rifle use.

Great for handgun shooting, not so much for shotgun/rifle. Do I recommend this product? It depends..
These seem to work pretty well except for the following....
When shooting shotgun/rifle:
the butt turns the volume up and down
the ear buds get pulled out quite easily, every other shot usually.
the bluetooth is activated regularly by the buttstock.
The buttons are just in the wrong location when shooting shoulder mounted firearms.
Not a problem in the world when shooting handguns.
For phone use and music use they are pretty good, no problems so far.
I might try stopping by the hardware store to pickup some thick o-rings to put between the buttons to see if that helps but I'll probably just go back to electronic muffs for rifle/shotgun.

Did not work .It amplified the sound and gave me permanent hearings loss in my right ear.they should be taken off the shelf. I tried to contact the company I just got a run around. Do not trust this product.

long range shooter
The Razrx buds work fine, much more comfortable than wearing the usual ear protection that seems to be in the way when shooting prone. The way they fit around the neck makes them very comfortable to wear. I would recommend them

razor x from walkers
I took them out 11/12/16 for the first time, work well, don't get in the way, don't even notice when drawing down on your prey, glad I found these, the ear muffs were nice but, the right one always got shoved away when I pulled up on my rifle. good job on these
