It's perfect
I just replaced my Burris P.E.P.R mount with this guy. I really had to drive my head down and my shoulders up to get behind the optic if I still wanted to have the stock securely in my shoulder with the P.E.P.R. which raises the optic 1.5". I wasnt sure that raising another 0.4" would make much di...

Terrible machining & QC
Terrible machining & QC. The mount has several areas with chunks of metal missing and not one clean line. I've seen $20 knock off mounts that look better, and it passed their QC as they anodized over all of these imperfections.
I would no longer recommend Warne mounts.
Solid Support
Doing Run&Gun competitions, broke my original set of scope rings. Gunsmith highly recommended Warne mount. Much more solid (65# torque on base mount!). If you heavily use your firearm or just want solid support this is the mount to use
Pros:
- solid support
Cons:
- Heavy
Best Used for:
- shooting...duh

warne mount just work
3rd warne skel mount…for a reason.
Extra high this time to clear a dbal-i2 with a 1-4 lvpo and it works great.
I use the warne mount and ring torque wrenches and checked them the first time after shooting then forget about it.

functional
....the mount is functional... the fit and finish could be a bit better.. a couple of the cap threads were a bit rough and offered some resistance.. there was a burr from one of the steel inserts sticking above the surface.. once the burr was removed and the mount was installed it was fine... I am sure one of the higher end models from NF, Badger and others would have been finished a bit better... still not bad for the price..

This mount put my scope at the perfect height to use with my Magpul PRS Lite stock.

Good price "for a reason" Low Quality
This is a fair price for what you are getting, but the quality control seems pretty low. The edges had machining burrs that were painted over. I had to deburr the rings to mount my LPVO. If I didnt simply need it I would have returned for a more quality scope mount. Also OP sent me a used unit. It had lock tight from another customer who returned it, which OP sent to me as "New". Wish I could upload pics to show...

Warne mount
Not a $350 mount. This mount is perfect for those wanting to maximize their value and get a piece that’s 100% quality. Just a little bulky and heavy. I lapped this mount before mounting a Leupold vx6 and it showed very little material adjusted. Very well made.
Pros:
- Inexpensive
- Sturdy
- Precision Machined
Cons:
- Heavy

Mixed Quality Control
Nice value if the one you receive doesn't have rough machining. The first one I purchased in 2022 was excellent. I bought a second in 2023 which had rough machining on the underside where it would interface with the 1913 rail. It actually had extra metal that I removed using a punch.

killer value
Solid mount. I didnt have machining marks and the thing is rock solid. Holds the scope as it should, torques easily, and has no wobble. So, meets all my needs. Zero problems with these and I own and use 3 of them. All on AR platforms (556 and Grendel).

Mounted on 308/ar10 style rifle
Flawless, sturdy, and well built. Highly recommend. Great bang for the buck!

Rough machining marks and lack of quality control!!!
I bought two of these at different price points. Both had the same rough machining marks along the main spine of the mount. One had a glob of black coating towards the back of the mount. I don't really care how they look as long as they function and withstand the rigors of drops and bumps.
With that said I'd recommend this mount as it's not cheap China junk, AND come on man!! Warne, where you at?? The QC on these two units I received is really lacking.
