Most Helpful Positive Review The best rings out there!
I have used these rings for years and absolutely love them...once they're on. I don't think there is a better set of rings available at any price point, these rings are awesome and hold a scope like nothing else. They are a little quirky in how they go together, you'll need a little coordination to install them, but that may just be why they are the best rings available. The rings have to be loosely attached to the scope before mounting to the gun which will be a little different for most of us. Also, you need to completely tighten the bottom screws before starting to tighten the top ones,...

Warne 30mm Scope Rings

by Jeff, Verified Owner from FL, United States Written on August 13, 2025
Excellent mounting hardware for my range rifle. Just add some "blue goo" to seal screws in place at appropriate torque and you won't have to worry about things loosening up. I've already put over 300+ .308 rnds and everything still tight and scope still zeroed!

How low to go?

by pinkmist1984, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on January 4, 2024
I'm a big fan of Warne rings. They're built like tanks and the machining is very good. Bought these for a primary arms optic that I was placing on a Remington 783. The rings were very good but just slightly too high for my taste. I kept these but I ended up ordering a lower set. If you're not sure on ring height I would start with a medium set. Highly recommended from somebody that actually shoots.
Pros:
  • well made & engineered
Cons:
  • None

I have used several types of scope rings over the years and after I tried my first set of Warne Maxima rings, I have not used anything else. They make adjusting the scope for level and eye relief very easy.
Pros:
  • Easy to adjust.
Cons:
  • Have not found any.

Great rings

by Starky, from ND, United States Written on April 24, 2022
I have purchased and used many of these Warne rings. Nearly all of my rifles run this ring. Quality is great. They are quick and easy to mount. The scope fits within the rings perfectly. Have yet to have a scope loosen up. Absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend them.

Functionality that's not complicated

by Smakwater, from MT, United States Written on March 22, 2021
The Warne Weaver-style cross slot bases and Mile-Spec Picatinny-style bases definitely provide a solid durability mounting platform. The steel recoil control key keeps the scope reliably in place by not allowing the rings to move with any form of inertia. Four hex bolts hold the rings evenly and snug around the scope tube. The design is strong and slimline unlike many of the other bulky picatinny style rings. Truly functional and less complicated. Reasonably priced as well.
Pros:
  • Great for LPVO/angled battle sight combinations
Cons:
  • Maybe not the answer with in line iron sight configuration
Best Used for:
  • See Pro vs Con

Solid product

by Jonathan, from WA, United States Written on February 1, 2021
The associate at Sportsman's Warehouse who installed my scope commented that these Warne bases and rings are solid and a great choice. I have a Vortex Viper HS mounted onto a Winchester XPR Hunter .308. My only complaint is that theybweren't available in town and that there appears to be no standard for bases and rings. I wish there were.

Warne Scope rings

by Walton, from LA, United States Written on May 10, 2019
I purchased 2 sets of Warne 214M scope rings for 2 Leupold scopes I purchased and they worked perfect. I mounted scopes and went to range on 5/5/2019 and was totally satisfied with my purchase and the help I received selecting the correct rings for both rifles.

These are my 'go to' rings. excellent quality at a very reasonable price. just always make sure you order the correct size, including the tube size and the height. ar platforms can always use a riser as well.

These are heavy duty awesome rings. I have several pair of these and no problems. Would recommend for any application. These are high quality. There a little different putting on than a traditional ring.
