This mount fit perfectly and installed in 5 minutes. Sits nice an low so I can use blade sights if I want. Made of plastic but it seems very strong and steady so far. Great mount for the price. Pros: Great price, Sits very low. Cons: Plastic

simple application

had this mounted on my 870 in about 15 min, mounted the scope, shot a target 25 yds away, made the adjustment for getting a group 1/2 in high, moved to 100 yds using 3in Mag loads, sabot rounds, made one adjustment shot my group, move to 200 yds fired 2 3 shot groups, one group was somewhat spread out, made adjustment, second group was a 3 in group. From start to finish, I had an hour of time invested total. would recommend this mount to everyone

  • Rem 870 pump shotgun and will hold true using 3 in Mag Sabot rounds

Good for light duty

Does not fit snug on my 20 gauge Remington 870 But with the washers that come with it you can get it to stay put. Make sure not to over tighten the nut or the plastic will give way. Overall seems to be strong enough to serve its purpose, I will be putting it to the test this turkey season.
