Excellent rimfire optics - Weaver RV-7 Rimfire Classic 2.5-7x28mm Dual-X Rifle Scope

This is my first Weaver scope and I'm favorably impressed. I was somewhat skeptical that the smaller (28mm) objective could produce bright aberration-free images, but the RV-7 is crystal clear. The magnification adjustment is stiff (as it should be) yet smooth. Eye relief is very good, allowing the shooter to position himself well. Pricey, but well worth it if quality optics are important for your application.
Pros: bright clear images, smooth controls
Cons: costly in comarison to other rimfire scopes
