Probably wont last long, but they work
I don’t know that they will last long. Look a bit beat up after first use. Still, my hands aren’t numb from the delta ring so I’ll pay $15 every time honestly. Oh Wheeler. Why???
I normally associate Wheeler with having quality gunsmithing and all around quality tools to work on your firearm. I used this once, and somewhat struggled to use it as it is very malleable and the plastic coating shredded off. I'll keep it and wrap duct tape around it but if you're expecting a quality durable product, look else where.

My experience
First time was great second time was ok third plastic shredded off fourth time is horrible. The metal is very malleable, doesn’t have a good grip at all after the plastic shreds off. and scratches up everything it slips real bad I keep smashing my fingers because of it and it’s really pissing me off because I don’t have another one that will actually work

It works perfectly... once.
The product does work perfectly and makes dealing with the delta ring a non issue. However, the rubber coating also shreds off rapidly. You might be able get two to three uses of it before the coating is useless, and now you either need to improvise and wrap it in something, or just raw dog it and scratch your delta ring up. But ultimately it does work and makes the process much smoother.

Hand Saver
A must if you plan to compress a delta ring. The outer coating is soft but durable enough to not tear IF the tool is properly seated on the ring. Should it happen to tear later, it could be very easily corrected with heat shrink tubing.

Very Handy
This makes handguard replacement much easier with no damage to replacement handguard. I replaced my first handguard without the tool and actually scratched it a little.

Wheeler delta ring tool
Very thin metal with small spot welds. Good rubber coating to protect rifle finish. 2 stars because it worked, but broke the tool with light pressure. If your delta ring is really stiff buy a better tool.
