Exactly what I needed but....
Excellent tool that is easy to use and very functional. Appears to be accurate. Fits the hand well. However the digital display is much smaller, and thus harder to read than expected. While I am not a design engineer, there appears to be ample room on the handle to make the display a little larger a...

needs service, but good
It only turns on once out of every 20 or so attempts; usually it just beeps and/or flashes. Tried to contact Wheeler twice...no response in 2 weeks. Might have to return to OP, but it says right on the box "contact US, not vendor, if there's a problem...".
Also, very misleading about the lbs that...

digital torque wrench
I personally love this digital torque wrench if you are putting sights on firearms for only like 10-15 dollars more to have from click to digital it is nice definitely recommend
Would recommend: Yes
Great tool with one caveat...
This wrench feels great and works as advertised. Comes with several bits and two batteries. Having torque settings to 100 lb/in is a plus. The only issue is the LCD display is VERY small and difficult to read. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
Pros:
- plenty of bits
- nice feel in your hand
Cons:
- None

doesn't work
Bought this product in March of 2024 and used it to install a red dot on my sig, worked great. I now have another red dot to install on another pistol and I take it out of the box to torque the screws down and it won't turn on so I assume the battery is dead. I get a new battery and it still will not turn on. Very disappointed that some how it is already broken when all it did was install one dot then sit on the shelf waiting for it's next use. Will not buy again.

It's... Decent
I bought one of the original design digital FAT wrenches several years ago. I did many scope mountings etc... with it and it worked quite well. It also had some like glitches and now when I went to use it I, of course had to change the battery because it's been a few years but when I did it wouldn't work. Hopefully these new ones are a little bit more robustly made but I kinda doubt it. The bits that came with the new one had a simply horrible finish that was highly uneven from bit to bit but luckily I still have all the much better quality ones that came with the original. The price is also insane. The new one doesn't seem to be much better crafted but it's like 20+ dollars more than the original. I believe I paid about 60 for the first one and now they want 80+. Luckily I got some deals and it was only like 65 or 68 because it's not worth 80+. Anyway, that's about it. I'm sure this one will give me at least a few years of decent service, we'll find out.

Awesome tool
This is one of the best companies. i buy all my armorers tools from Wheeler they make a second to none products and always of the highest quality. The products for the most part all come in a hard case that alone is very well made. So if they put that much into the thing that houses the tool you can imagine how the product is made. If you need a precision tool, WHEELER is for you.
Best Used for:
- Gunsmithing
