Finally able to get that great edge
I am a relative knife newbie, but I can really appreciate a sharp knife. These diamond stones were able to really put me to the level where I can feel like a have a consistently sharp knife. I had tried hand sharpening but was unable to get the desired sharpness. Next step would be to go up a level but these grits are satisfactory for most everyday use.
Premium stones
The wicked edge sharpening system is the premium knife sharpening fixture, and the diamond stones are the longest wearing stones to use on it. They stay flatter and cut faster than more conventional stones.

Great buy Wicked Edge Stones
These 800/1000 Wicked Edge stones are a must have. I’m getting ready to buy more higher grit stones. Looking forward to having wicked sharp blades. And at the time I bought these they qualified for free two day shipping. And I’m looking to upgrade my Wicked Edge sharpener. Like the upgraded arms. .....takes some time to get the sharpening right. So start on a kinda so-so knife.
