Make sure you are buying the correct grip based on whether or not you have the manual safety. They make a grip for with or without so don't worry. You can purchase the matching Wilson Combat tungsten weights for this grip separately. Comes with the channels to place them but does not come with them. The weights will fit loosely. I wrapped a tiny strip of electric tape around them to make them sit tight and not rattle. Whatever you have strapped to your current sig rail will fit onto the matching rail of the Wilson Combat grip. I have the Tactical Development Pro Ledge Rail that moved right over and fit like a glove.
