Most Helpful Positive Review Top Quality ammo.
I have used these in the past; never a misfire or problem with fit & finish. Shoots "clean" and as accurate as can be. (That often is the shooter, not the ammo). Heartily recommended. Sale Price made it affordable again. Replenishing supply while I can. Winchester is a name brand you can count on for target, practice, or self defense needs. Note: In some revolvers, "light" firing pin springs may not strike the primer with enough force to go "bang". On the safer side, it likely won't fire from careless mishandling; dropping a loaded weapon; etc. BUT, anything can happen under the right circums...

Great for On-Duty or Self-Defense uses

Was used as issued duty and practice rounds for several years, range qualified at timed, multi-stage, multi-distance, 60 round course.
Always fired, great accuracy beyond normal expectations from a 4" heavy barrel revolver.
I expect a lot from the ammo I use, and this one delivers.

Preferred choice for defense use.

Winchester has been my "go-to" brand for many years.
This particular .38 special + P JHP round was reliable in firing, accurate to 25 yards on the FLETC Qualification course from a 4-inch barrel.
I still use / carry this in revolvers for defense.
Stores well in the long-term.
