Great product
A great looking castle nut that threads on easy. Machining is perfect and so is the Nitride finish that matches other Nitrided parts. This is the best looking steel castle nut for the money.
avoid the nitride
The NiBx coated castle nut looks great on a build. It's sharp, clean, and stands out.
The nitride coated version is underwhelming. There's barely any difference between a mil spec castle nut and the nitride version.
Save yourself the aggravation and stick to the NiBx.

Nice fit and finish
I’ve purchased the nitride WMD castle nut many times and they always have a nice fit and finish in a consistent shade of black.
Much nicer looking than the average mag phosphate castle nut.
Compared to significantly more expensive nitride options, I think this is a fantastic value and adds a subtle classy touch. Will purchase more.
