Spandex poly cotton ,wicks moisture correctly sewn from a military standpoint stress points tacked and bartack stitching to prevent unraveling More of a helmet liner and watch cap for milder climates not FROG . Keep product away from open flames or flash ups.Comes in most military solid color shades and Multicam .
Good mid weight beanie cap
I have a larger head size. This cap fits snug and is a good liner for a hard hat or other bump or ballistic protection helmet. It covers the ears easily and nape of the neck.
I wouldn’t wear as a stand alone cap as it looks a little silly because of the snug fit.

XGo Phase 4 Performance Watch Cap Multicam
This Cap seems a size bigger than the OD Green cap , packaging indicates one size fits all not really a problem but worth mention here. As stated in earlier review this is not FROG so make a mental note if that cipher if this applies to you. Again Xgo makes excellent products . Thanks out to Optics Planet Customer service support .
