Description says 5.56...
but it is not just for 5.56. I'm using it on my 9mm PCC. it is a flash hider so there is no need to time it, no shims needed unless the threaded part is long and bottoms out. It didn't on mine. Best part, now my YHM R-9 suppressor is nice and easy to attach and remove from my PCC. I would recommend it.
YHM Mini QD Flash Hider 5.56 NATO - 9MM 1/2-36Tpi
YHM Mini QD Flash Hider 5.56 NATO - 9MM 1/2-36 Tpi. Also comes in 1/2-28 Tpi.
Flash Hider is the perfect size for most Suppressors that have a 1-3/8"-24 HUB Thread.
Just use the YHM Phantom QD HUB Adapter-YHM-3060 to fit your Suppressor with a 1-3/8"-24 HUB Thread.

Easy installation. Shorter, lighter less bulky than other adapters for the Resonator
This adapter seats on the step behind the barrel threads. It also does not require clocking and therefore does not require barrel shims. Simply screw it on and torque to 20-30 ft-lbs. It's lighter and less bulky than the Phantom version but still works with a variety of YHM suppressors, including the original Resonator that I own. My Resonator installs and removes easily.
Without having had a chance to get it out to the range for live testing, I can't say more. Based on the above I recommend it, especially for AR pistols and similar platforms where the weight and length of the full size adapter may be more of an issue or firearms that are seldom fired suppressed and you want a smaller adapter.
