Each of my scoped long guns are outfitted with Zeiss Victory Rings and bases.
The design of the rings eliminate excessive pressure on the scope tube, eliminate scope creep from heavy recoiling rifles and best of all they do not require lapping.
Machined from steel they are the best quality rings I have ever used and hold zero after traveling to Africa and heavy recoil of a .458 Win Mag. These rings will allow you to set your scope then forget it. Its worry-free.
Wholeheartedly recommend Zeiss Victory rings.
Pros:
- Quality construction, smart design, strength of materials, performance, price

These rings are made correctly. With a deep black with little reflection in day light.
I set them atop Burris AR Tactical Mount 1/2 inch Picatinny Riser 410340.
Holding a new Leupold Mark AR MOD 1 3-9x40mm P5 Dial Riflescope, Matte Black, FireDot TMR Reticle 115370.
The rings have top connecting screws that almost block the view of the scopes top turret dial numbers. Almost.
They are steel The high are a bit heavy. Close to twice the weight of the med size rings.
Using the Burris Riser on AR Rifles or anything with a pic rail makes Scope changes very fast.
Example: Switching from a 1-6x24mm CM-R Scope to a standard Tactical Scope like the above Leupold 3-9x40.
Is fast & very easy using a Star Bit tool or from a screw driving kit.
The entire unit slides right off. And does hold it's Zero when reattached to the same slots it was mounted at..
I have two sets. Yes I would recommend this product.

Beautiful well made rings as expected from Zeiss! Comes with tool to mount them. Look awesome on rilfe with my Zeiss scope. The tall rings fit perfect on my Remington 7400 with Zeiss terra 4x12x50 with plans on rifle upgrade next season.

The only drawback I have found was something that a more experienced shooter would have known. You cannot remove the scope without removing the whole mount. This just makes it a little more time consuming to set eye relief and level. But I would have LOVED these if the had a removable top half of the ring.
Pros: great quality, perfect fit
Cons: non-removable ring
