How quiet it this jacket ? Is it a loud swishy / windy noise in motion or rubbing against anything ? Expert Answer

The Rothco Concealed Carry Soft Shell Jacket uses a Waterproof Polyester Outer Shell and Breathable Fleece Lined Interior. The shell will make some noise, but the fleece interior will be quiet.
