Is this a 16 or 19 inch barrel?

From Ruger's site: "16.1” long bull barrel has a 1:16” RH twist, an overall diameter of .920” and weighs only 1.05 lbs. The barrel is threaded ½”-28 for the addition of muzzle devices and includes a thread cap. NOTE: Customers must have a 10/22 stock capable of accommodating a bull barrel to use this barrel on their rifles. Cannot be installed on 10/22 Takedown models."

It may not be quite as attractive as some of the other carbon fiber barrels. However, I have several other aftermarket barrels, and I struggle to see much difference at all at 50 yards, this one is a winner and a bargain.
