The Hk style halo allows for fast target acquire and sight alignment. The Samson 6061 T6 Aluminum Fixed Rear Sight w/ Rail Mount will mount to any Picatinny rail, is designed to be mounted at receiver rail height and is not intended for lower gas block rails.
