Fits easily on POF-5 as these are ACTUAL MP5s coming off same HK tooling line as full auto military issued versions. Sporting models (SP5) will have fitment issues. I'd suggest either applying to real HK MP5 parts kit gun or POF MP5 for ideal fitme...

Works great would buy again, this brace is perfect for my arm. I like to shoot it with the Velcro tight like I’m a transformer. Pistol braces are cool. I need to order a second one so I can have a pistol strapped to each arm

First, a handy tip. Before installing, unscrew the 2 screws at the bottom, then slide it on and insert the screws later, it'll save you major headaches, at least on the MAC5.

Product Info for SB Tactical HKPDW HK Brace for HK MP5/HK53/MP5K
The HKPDW Pistol Stabilizing Brace is 3-position adjustable and features a pull-through design allowing you to quickly extend the brace without having to depress the lever. Rugged 6061 hard-coat anodized aluminum adapter with steel rods, the HKPDW provides you with all the advantages of a pistol with improved control by adding a third point of contact for stabilization.
FITS: HK SP5, CENTURY ARMS AP5, ZENITH ZF-5, MOST MP5 CLONES (9MM ONLY).
DOES NOT FIT TWO PIN MP5K MODELS (SP5K, PTR 9KT, AP5-P, ETC.). LOOK AT YOUR PISTOL AND COMPARE TO THE IMAGES SHOWN. IF YOUR PISTOL HAS 2 PUSH PINS THIS BRACE WILL NOT FIT.
May not fit some PTR models due to receiver irregularities
Due to varying tolerances between roller lock manufacturers, gunsmith installation / fitting may be required.
