Great light. For a helicopter pilot, I can do my preflight then switch over to red or green for my night flight. It is exactly what I was looking for.. Pros: The light itself Cons: have not come across one yet

Streamlight Sidewinder Compact Tactical Flashlight is an ultra-compact, high performance, multi-source LED flashlight with the latest in LED technology. This Streamlight flashlight has been engineered to meet a variety of hands free task illumination requirements with various color LEDs operable at varying outputs and runtimes. The color LEDs provided by Streamlight are a high output White C4 LED, a 5mm Red LED, a 5mm Green LED, and a 5mm Blue LED. The Flashlights features a 185 degree tilting head and belt or web clip to allow positioning of the illumination at the work area. Streamlight Sidewinder Compact Tactical Flashlights operate from a single CR123 lithium battery (included).image

  • Pull-to-turn locking rotary selector knob prevents accidental mode changes and allows selection of 4 illumination sources: White C4 LED; Red LED; Green LED; Blue LED
  • Push button switch enables/disables selected illumination source starting at low output and progressing to highest output in 4 discrete steps
  • Rubber dome actuator and 4-position pull-to-turn locking rotary selector knob
  • Double click button from off to initiate high output strobe of selected white or colored LED illumination source
  • Clips onto helmet with helmet mount accessory. Fully rotates on mount in either direction. Sidewinder Compact is available with or without helmet mount.
  • Durable belt/clothing clip with integral helmet mount features allow for hands-free use
  • Articulating 185° rotating head
  • Lithium battery allows for operation in extreme temperatures (-40°F-150°F)
  • O-ring sealed for waterproof operation. Meets MIL-STD-810F, Method 512.4
