Easy usability and lockout function prevents acccidental activation. Haven't turned on to find dead batteries, and easier than taking out batteries for storage. Light cost as much as the shotgun it's mounted on, though. Pros: Best shotgun light on ...

Product Info for SureFire 618FGA Remington 870 Shotgun Forend Weaponlight w/ Momentary, Constant-On, System Disable Switching

SureFire Integrated Forend Remington 870 Shotgun WeaponLight 618FGA is a replacement forend includes a built-in six-volt SureFire tactical flashlight and three separate switches integrated into the forend: a pressure sensitive activation pad for momentary light use, a constant On/Off rocker switch, and a system disable rocker switch. The system disable switch of is a useful feature for covert operations or to eliminate accidental light activation during storage. Sure Fire P60 high output lamp assembly is standard, providing 65 lumens of light for one hour. The optional P61 ultra high output lamp assembly from SureFire can also be installed, boosting output to 120 lumens for 20 minutes of runtime.image

Features of SureFire 618 FGA Integrated Forend Shotgun Weapon-Light - Momentary / constant-on / system disable switching:

  • Batteries - Two Sure Fire lithium 123A 3.0 Volt with 10-year shelf life (included)
  • Lamp assembly/Runtime - SureFire P60 xenon gas-filled lamp assembly with 65 lumens output for 60 minutes, or 120 lumens for 20 minutes with optional SureFire P61 ultra high output lamp assembly
  • Switching - Pressure sensitive activation pad, constant On/Off rocker switch, system disable rocker switch
  • Construction - CNC machined aerospace-grade aluminum and impact-resistant polymer, Lexan lens window for improved impact resistance, shock isolated bezel
  • Flawless white beam, always in focus
