For the 6.5-300 Weatherby we would actually recommend our 6.5 Apollo LR. Our Apollo LR series was designed to deliver the same outstanding recoil reduction as our MAX line while withstanding the higher pressures from a round like the 6.5-300 Weatherby. Please ensure your barrel is threaded 5/8 X 24 as we have noticed Weatherby sometimes offers 1/2 X 28 even in these larger calibers.
Ultradyne requires at least a 16" barrel for safe operation of the Apollo Max due to the extreme angle of the side ports ejecting high temperature, high pressure gases that can injure shooters. Please ensure to follow required specifications while operating in conjunction with Ultradyne products.
