Are these safe to.be fired in The Taurus Judge Stainless?

No. The Judge is not rated for +P. Ammunition. By using the weapon will show accelerated wear. Nominal velocities with the 250gr ammunition must be loaded to no more than 18000 psi +P is loaded much higher. The 250 gr load should have a .muzzle velocity of less than 1000 ft/ sec.
