The Aero Precision M5E1 Upper Receiver is specifically designed to work with Aero Precision M5 Enhanced Handguards. So this V Seven 308 Ultra-Light Lith/Alu M-Lok Handguard or any other .308 handguard will not work with the M5E1 upper receiver.
The V Seven 308 Ultra-Light Lith/Alu M-Lok Handguard is compatible with DPMS high platform upper receivers. The Gibbz G10 Side Charging Upper Receiver is compatible with low height DPMS handguards. So this V Seven 308 Ultra-Light Lith/Alu M-Lok Handguard will not work with that upper.

The V Seven AR-10 MLOK Handguard is a high-tech, lightweight handguard that provides an incredible amount of utility with only a minimal amount of weight. This MLOK handguard features a total of 3 integrated QD swivel mounting points and is nearly twice as strong as 6061 aluminum. This material is corrosion resistant and handles heat much better than aluminum. This material is also heat resistant and has an extremely long service life. The handguard features a 1.45 inch ID, making it fits inside your Rifle Scope well. This saves weight and reduces bulk. The handguard also features MLOK slots which allows the user to easily configure the handguard for MLOK specific setups. Also featured is a Type III hard coat black anodized finish.
