Does it have 3 or 4 ports?

Three ports. And too add to the person asking if it fits the Faxon pencil barrel. Faxon makes a slim design muzzle break with 3 ports that is .620 diameter so you can leave it on and slip your gas block on and off if need be. Marking a 14.5” barrel legal length.

If it is threaded 1/2x28, then it will work. What it wont do is add enough length to make a 14.5 barrel legal as a rifle

This muzzle brake is light, which is very good for fast aiming and a lighter build. For being titanium it's very durable, if banged into things. Effective at mitigating recoil. The only downside is the price.

Introducing the V7 Titanium Single Baffle Micro Brake. Designed to provide the end user with an easy to install muzzle device, the V7 Titanium Single Baffle Micro Brake is one of the lightest effective muzzle devices there is. Offering only 23 grams, this single baffle device accounts for a small addition to the weight of the overall weapon system, while offering incredible weight savings compared to a multi baffle device. The single baffle design allows for the effective reduction of muzzle rise and muzzle climb, which has been proven to be very beneficial for the shooter. Constructed from Grade 5 Titanium, the V7 Titanium Single Baffle Micro Brake delivers great ballistic protection in an ultra light package. The micro brake's outer diameter is .80" and it features flared wrench flats, providing the end user the ability to easily install/remove the device without serious damage to the threads. The featured variant on this device is the TMSB-Mk2, which accounts for the color and pattern. Please note this is a USA manufactured product and parts contain a maximum amount of filler and may not be suitable for automatic or gas piston operated weapons such as a SAAMI spec carbine.image
