Can this buffer to be used with an AR 10 and if so, what buffer spring and buffer should I use?

The A5 Tube can be used on an AR-10 in conjunction with a standard AR-15 Buffer and Carbine Spring (Sprinco Red)

I replace all of my buffer systems on my carbines with this. It makes the recoil impulse so minimal I have nothing to compare it to. I’m so used to shooting them now that regular carbine buffer systems feel like a 308 to me.

In spec tube for one of the smoothest recoiling systems for the AR platform! I would recommend this system for anything12.5 and under as it pretty much eliminated any recoil for me on my properly gassed ARs.

Vltor REA5 A5 Receiver Extension RE-A5 M4 Aluminum Black - The RE-A5 Receiver Extension is a seven position receiver extension designed to work with the VLTOR A5 system. This receiver extension is slightly longer than the traditional M4 receiver extension and is designed to work with Mil-Spec dimensioned M4/AR-15 type collapsible stocks. It is made from impact extruded 7075-T6 aluminum with hard coat anodized finish. The positions are numbered and are visible through the witness hole on most stocks.
