The Wilson Combat AR-15 Tactical Trigger Unit should work fine with a 45 degree safety. However, since they don't specifically state whether or not its compatible I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to the compatibility of the Wilson Combat AR-15 Tactical Trigger Unit with a Short Throw Safety.
