If you don't have it REALLY tight it will be a bit canted. Watch the AK 4774 video about mounting AK optic mounts, he'll impress upon you how tight they actually need to be and a great strategy for getting there.

The Zastava Arms USA side rail mount is the perfect solution to mounting optics on your ZPAPM70 or Serbian/Yugo pattern rifle. The scope mount is designed to interface with ZPAP and Serbian/Yugo pattern side rails and features an easy to use QD lever locking system to keep it secured tight on the rail, ensuring you dont lose zero. Additionally, the lever is adjustable for the perfect fit on your side rail mount. The mount also has an additional picatinny angled rail for accessories.
