will this mount work on a ZPAP92 tactical that has a picatinny dust cover on it. Problem with existing dust cover it "wobbles" - keeping zero is issue

The Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount will not mount to a ZPAP92 that has a picatinny dust cover. The picatinny rail will prevent it from mounting properly. I recommend using another dust cover then using the Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount.

is this mount fit on KR-103 ?

The Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount is designed for Zastava/Yugo pattern AK receivers. It will not fit a KR-103. I would recommend using the Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Picatinny Rail Quick Detach Modular AK Scope Mount, found by using the link below:

The Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount should work fine with a side folding stock. The manufacturer does not state any compatibility concerns with any stock and the Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount.

If you mounted a non magnified red dot to the Zastava Arms USA M70 Scope Mount you could co-witness it with the front iron sight.
