Works just fine. 2 adapters are included. I used one of them to attach a Vortex Crossfire red dot sight to my Browning BL-22. The smallness of this adapter makes for a neat job attaching a small picatinny optic to this type of grooved receiver.

The rails on my rifle are 13.5mm.

This worked great, and was easy to use. It snaps into the picatinny mount, using a piston + spring to hold itself in place. Simple and effective. Only downside is a slight bit of added height, but it is minimal.
