The SAP Micro Prism functions similar to a red dot. Can be used with two eyes open will be good for any range at short distance.

A great scope for those of us with astigmatism-an actual dot to see rather than the red smear you would get from a non prism scope. Smaller size is nice as well. I give this one a definite 2 thumbs up.

The glass is nice and clear even during the last range trio I took in the pouring rain. Really great deal for the money. I would definitely recommend a sight like this to a friend who is looking for a solid red dot that won't break the bank.
